A recent update to the smartsheet landing page has made it confusing to access the your company account login option, which can be used to leverage single sign on. Users accustomed to seeing their last login method (as shown in sample image 1) will see a new login screen (as shown in sample image 2) only once One of my team mate unable to login the smartsheet in her ipad she has tried with company account and microsoft both didn't work please tell us solution to login in the ipad of smartsheet

The forms have an option to turn on require login
It's in the settings tab when editing the form Check to make sure that's turned off The other option may be that your system admin for smartsheet has turned on only people with a smartsheet login or only people in your account via the safe sharing list restrictions on forms. If the steps above don't solve it, and if you haven't already, i recommend submitting a support ticket through the new smartsheet support portal and providing the results of the troubleshooting steps above.
